I have a track on my PC that was perfectly fine. Today I went to play it, and from about 6:00 - 7:23 is just silence! I'm not losing my marbles, this was a perfectly good 320kbps dance track which i bought. Just wondering what may of caused this, if not a virus?

It is possible.When ever unknown problems like this occur, carryout system restore. Restore the PC to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. It is easier and mostly your problems will be solved.. Scan the PC with standard antivirus software. If you do not have one, I can give a few links that offer free virus and spy ware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
