I grew up in a fishing town in Alaska and I think every women up there ate fish (a lot) while they were pregnant!! And I've never heard of any problems from it. EAT ON!!!! Just so you know I was watching a pregnancy channel that said to try and not eat the canned WHITE albacore tune (the more expensive one) while you are pregnant. Only because I guess it is one of the biggest carriers of mercury. But there has been nothing linked to it. Hope this helps and Congrats!!
