soap scum for tub and yuk urin stain and smell for toilet. bought a house and trying to clean it up.Thanks a bunch.

The tub, Mr Clean Magic Eraser, makes it look just like new. For your toliet try the lysol toilet bowl cleaner and let it sit in it for a good half hour. Try leaving a few dishes filled bith baking soda around the bathroom for a couple of days once you have it all cleaned up to absorb some of the odour.

Bleach the entire area around the toilet, including the throne itself. This will kill whatever creepy-crawly is lurking there. You did not say what kind of tub you have. If it is porcelain, however, you can use a back brush (saves on your back!) and Ajax. If it is not porcelain, then you might want to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and ask one of the guys there what you should use on it.

Lime away works real good. The only other is a brand of lime away sold at Dollar General Stores. It works even Better and cost less.. Use one of those nylon scuff pads to get the heavy stuff off after you squrit lime away on it. Use rubber gloves. That stuff gets in any cuts on your hands it burns. I have 48 apartments and thats what we use.

I think lime away works the best myself. Sometimes it takes a lot but once you do it it looks like brand new
