Poos like rabbit droppings are indicative of a slow intestinal transit time and dehydration. You need to drink two litres of water per day. At first you will wee like mad but it will slow down after about two weeks. Also increase the fibre in your diet. In the short term it will help to supplement with fibre and I suggest Lepicol which you can buy from any health food store. They also sell a Healthy Bowel Bar which has additional oat bran. This combination is abolutely guranteed to get your bowels working normally again.

Well guy, here we are. I am afraid you will have to make an appointment with Gillian McKeith, as she is an expert in poo.
Cover them in chocolate and start selling them :)
You might have a poor diet. Go to GP and prepare a list of what you eat. Make your diet richer: drink enough of water and juice (more than 1litre a day), eat plenty of yogurt (e.g. Onken bio), fruits and vegetables, soups (home made), fish. Prunes are good for going to the loo. 5 or 6 and your will not have rabbit droppings anymore.

Rabbit dropping poo can indicate diverticulae, which are little pockets in the large intestine.
Can also indicate constipation. Drink lots of water and take a high fibre drink such as fybogel daily for a week. You will see an improvement.

He's constipated! Milk can cause that. A little fruit will help; not bananas, but as has been said, apples and prunes will help. You can also read the labels on some baby juices and snacks for fiber content, and incorporate some with more fiber in his diet if he's picky about fruit.

I think everyone get's this from time to time. Drink more water and eat some fruit. Fruit smoothies are really good too - especially the ones that don't use concentrates e.g Innocent. Keep you moving, rather than running and without giving you extra wind. You shoud be back to your usual self within a couple of days.

It's always wise to consult your GP with any change in bowel habit.
Diet is almost always the cause. Try eating more roughage. Healthy poo should sink, not float, so if it floats, this indicates too much fat in the diet.
