My favorite player is Patrick Ewing of the New York Knicks. He is the greatest scorer in the history of the Knicks. He averaged 21.0 points per game in his career (20.2) in the playoffs. He wore #33 and played for the Knicks from 1985-2000. He is also the Knicks all time leader in points scored as well as 15th in the NBA all time with 24,815 points. On Slam Magazine's top 75 players of all time, Ewing was #28. He is also the Knicks all time leader in blocked shots with 2,894. He also is the Knicks all time leader in rebounds with over 10,000. He always played hard. I was shocked when before the 2000-2001 season started, Ewing would be traded. I was angry that Ewing couldn't finish his career as a Knick. Some of the fans even booed him. Even some of the Knick fans did too, which I thought was pathetic since Ewing gave the Knicks, and the Knick fans his best years. The Knicks would acknowledge Ewing by retiring his #33 in 2003. Anybody that would boo him, has no respect for him, the Knicks or Knicks history. I will always say that the Knicks still have yet to find a true center since Ewing left in 2000. Ewing will always be my favorite player, and arguably the greatest Knick of all time.

My favorite player is Lebron James. He is a great player and is a good player on and off the court. He tries very hard and is always successful who wouldn't say he was the best. He definetly is one of the best out there. The Cavs would be very different without Lebron. So Lebron James end of story

jkidd--- he's an all around player posting up trip-doubs like crazy. he includes his teammates and makes big plays. he plays for the love of the game and not the love of the fame
