go to the Netherlands and LEAVE Amsterdam, go to Utrecht or Rotterdam and go to a coffeeshop, then tell the person who is working there you want to get really really stoned and ask for the best quality Weed (nederwiet) i promise you that after a couple of joints you won't be able to walk straight anymore

Go where the younger kids hang out at night and just smell, always worked for me. I have a hobby of collecting weed in other countries and then taking a picture of the weed with the countries money on top of the countries lonely planet book. Found some really good stuff in Granada Spain!

Go to Holland. I found that it was quite difficult to score actual weed in France and Italy (the only places I went out in search), but hash is very easy to come by. Chances are you'll be asked if you're walking around Rome or Paris. I was.

In Holland it's called something like "Niederwerts" (the spelling is way off) anyway, its Dutch weed, and it blows any and everything else out of the water...
