Obviously the culture of these days, lesser people(customer) will automatically clean up their table after eating. There is always some arguments on this issue, as we can't blame the customer sometimes. For instant, some of the local food courts don't seem to provide a "loading area" for clean up and do not have basin & soap for hand washing.
Hence, the management should employ more workers to do such jobs, and i don't see why they can't employ since most of the food courts is making money and our local food courts here is charging service charge though.
Perhaps, we as a customer need some courtesy and manners on the eating table as well. It's partly "win win" situation. *smile*

Yes, but not everyone carries a cloth to wash off the pop ring on the table when they are finished eating. The food courts should have people going around, cleaning and making the tables ready for the next patron.

Actually, the mall is supposed to employ enough people to keep the tables clean and the trash picked up. That doesn't excuse people who leave a filthy mess behind, though. Throw your trash in the trash cans. I read that some malls have a big rat problem because of the dirty food courts.

The mall near me has 4 people working the tables at all times. As soon as someone gets up, there is a rag being rubbed over the table and the seats.
The thing is kids don't pick up after themselves.

Most of the food in mall food courts makes your typical fast food franchise restaurant seem like bargain gourmet in comparison. THEREFORE, it's reasonable to assume that people who eat in mall food courts are mostly morons who don't know enough to clean up after themselves.

It's laziness, you know what I do? I carry purse size hand sanitizer wipes with me and wipe the table if it's not clean. We have to look out for ourselves, nobody else will. Wish more people were clean like us.
