I turned my ipod on and went to shuffle songs. Crazy Train by ozzy came on. I heard nothing and the bar that shows how long it is, was not moving, the song would not play. It would not turn off, and no buttons were working. My friend said it happened to him, he told me to plug it into my computer, i did, and it did not work, how can I fix my iPod?

that happened to my ipod once, that just means your ipod is in a little crazy mood. What i did is i held down the center and menu button (that resets the ipod) and after that, it worked just fine.

My boss' ipod froze on him, too. He just let it run out of batteries completely, then plugged it in and re-charged the batteries. Then it worked fine.

Make sure your keys arent on hold. Because if they are on hold no keys will work. so you cant turn it on or off or anything.=]
