Have you ever felt feverish a few days before your period is due? I'm feeling achy...backache, headache, just everything-ache. I sometimes get back pain when I'm cramping and I did start cramping last night and this morning, but I ache ALL OVER. That's kind of weird for me. Just wondering if anyone has felt the same before.

And the backache isn't the same ache that I'm used to when I cramp. It hurts much more. Any clues?

I have this quite often before my period. If this only happens before your period, I wouldn't worry about it. It is probably just PMS. I get hot flashes and achy all over. I get so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open.

This has happened to me twice. First time it only lasted a day.

Then I've had it happen to me recently. But, then I also wound up getting sick at the same time. Kinda felt like I did when I had the flu...my whole body ached, I had no appetite, and all I wanted to do was sleep. Two days after I started coughing up stuff and that went on for about 3 days.

sounds like your period to be honest ,i had times lke you are saying whrn i was younger,my mum told me a great tip. When you are suffering cramp on period the best thing to do is exercise,go for a walk ,do some star jumps ,run on the spot,i know it sounds crazy ,and the last thing in the world is that you want to move ,but for some reason moving around helps alot ,rather thah sittins or lying and feeling worse ,also if you go to your doctor or chemist they will gave you a tablet called fem something which helps this pain as well ,not sure of name ,but if you are like me i hate taking tablets the jumping around is much better ,i know it sounds crazy ,but try it babe ,and i promise it works !!!Good luck !!

I get that sometimes, feel like the flu is coming on. Midol helps a lot but I still feel a little under the weather. It's not every time though. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Yep sure did.. Normal. So bad i would have to come home from school and put a heating pad on my stomach. Everyone is different when they are having their periods.
