My 3 year old must have dropped a penny into the sealt belt holder (you know the part you fasten the seat belt into) and I can NOT get it out. Any suggestions? I moved her to the middle b/c it will not click at all and our baby is on the other side. Just asking for tips so I won't have to go to the dealership and be charged a fortune for something that will probably take them 5 minutes! Thanks! If it helps with answering, I have a Ford Explorer-'04.

I don't know if this will work, but you can buy some magnetic drill bits and probably other magnetic tools like screwdrivers. Maybe something like that can pull it up enough so you can get it out. Good luck, sounds like it's going to be aggravating...

I'm a single mother of three now grown boys who were always into something that I had to "fix". I constantly found myself using a large magnet given to me by my grandfather to "pull" stuff out of places that they had crammed stuff into.!! Also, you may could try some tweezers. Hope this helps and good luck. I also used the magnet when they decided to throw some nails out in the yard; I had it on a rope.

"You are so Sweet" in the middle of the shop..

Coins are not magnetic, But if it doesn't blow out try holding down the button and fishing it out with a Peace of clothes hanger or other stiff wire.Although the air idea does sound great.

I would try a bent wire hanger, not too thick wire.
