1000 millilitres (ml) = 1 litre
22 ml = 0.022 l

Metric units are originally French, so the spelling is Litre, NOT Liter.

Yes, like above, 1,000 milliliters make 1 liter. So you have to do this math problem: 22 mL / 1,000 = 0.022 L. This is the same with millimeters and meters.
