when i turn my computer on it says to check the wire i do and it still doesnt work i tried the monitor on a different computer and it still doesn't work so what could possably be worng with it

It is very expensive to have a monitor repaired ,you would be just as cheap to buy a new monitor.

That sux, maybe u need a part repair. my computer dont work rigth now so im stuck using my bro computer the same thing happend to mine like when ever i would turn it on it will be all in black and it will say "no signal input. ahhhh i hate it but my computer is with my cousin and he is fixing it, find someone close to u that knows how to fix computers. thats my best advise here is a website that migth help u.

You might have to defrag you computer or reboot it. so what ever is wrong with it the defaging might take it away. also that when you defrag it remember to run an vires scan almost 2 times a week. so you make eles is worng with it.

If it says - > check the signal or check the wire... as you put it, it's not your monitor. Your video card is not outputting a signal, you can swap out your video card for a new one.

If it does not work on another computer then you can assume it is no long useable. By another one. LCD of course

See if you can get just the connections repaired,
or you might just have to buy a new one!
