the following questions are what i need answers to... please explain in detail. tx! and make it easy to read... don't make it to "scientific"

1)because there is the same number of electrons and protons… ( same number of negative and positive charges)
2)ion then isotope then New element
3)PV=nRt?
4)Dunno
5)A: fission; B: fusion..C:fission..D:fission and fusion

i think i'm wasting my time in an offhand way...
