What is the best way to get rid of wetness problem in the vaginal region. Not sexual wetness, but sweating really bad and it affects the whole area, when exercising too. I'm sure at certain times of the month, vaginal secretion is higher also. I don't want the sweat to breed bacteria. Is there a powder to use all over down there, or what is the best remedy to keep dry and orderless?

Wearinig cotton panties will help prevent infections. Have you tried Gold Bond or baby powder?

Powders or other products like that are actually quite bad for you -- the perfumes can irritate the vagina and lead to a higher incidence of yeast and other types of vaginal infections. Not the goal you are after here!

The best way to combat this is to try to keep dry and clean as much as possible. You may find it helps to wear panty liners and change them several times a day. You should also be sure to wear 100% cotton panties (so they let air through!) and loose-fitting pants. Anytime you exercise and get sweaty, change clothes and shower to make sure sweat doesn't hang around in that area.

If this is a relatively new thing for you, you should also see a gynecologist or other doctor for a check-up, just in case what you are really suffering from is a vaginal infection of some sort.

No, don't use any powder downthere, the vagina has a very delicate and balanced ph and nature, everything you get inthere coudl mean trouble. Right in the middle of your cycle you ovulate and thatls when secrete more fluids... Use cotton panties, and try not to wear thongs everyday... this causes your vagina to over secrete too, because of irritations and constant stimulation of the lips.

Wear a diaper. Just kidding, but, wearing something that will absorb the sweat is one effective way. Then, be sure to smell it later to tell about the bacteria thing. Yikes.
