Oh gawd.... all these nay sayers. I've bleached black shirts by accident and the print has never been affected. Washing the shirt over time has a harsher effect on the print than any bleaching ever will. Since its a neon yellow, here is what I would do. Wash the shirt by itself, set your washer to a small load, and as it is filling up, add a cap full of chlorine bleach to a cup of water, then pour it in the wash. But one thing though... this may need to be done up to 3 or 4 times in order to get the color even. but you wanna do it the first couple of times washing it by itself so as to not screw up the rest of your whites. And yes, it will put yellow onto your whites if you mix em all up. Just make sure the bleach and water are mixed before adding, straight bleach onto any garment can damage the fabric much like an acid.

The black print would be affected more by the bleach, then you would have a pastel yellow shirt with a greyish/pinkish print

Tide makes a liquid detergent with bleach that is safe for colors. That is the only detergent I use because bleach is the best way to insure your clothes are really clean, meaning that they are free of bacteria and germs and what not.

IF A ITEM IS COLOURED DON'T EVER PUT BLEACH NEAR AS THE COLOURS TURN ALL DIFFERENT SHADES AND YOU WILL WASTE BLEACH AND HAVE TO THROW YOUR SHIRT OUT TOO.
wHY NOT JUST GIVE SOMEONE THE SHIRT IF THEY LIKE IT THE WAY IT IS OR GET A EXCHANGE OF SHIRT FROM THE SHOP IF YOU HAVEN'T YOU RECEIPT
