Hamlet= Friend kills daddy, marries mommie, cuts JR. out of the will. Dad's ghost tells all to Jr. who avenges his father's death and dies in the process

Frankenstien= Scientist reanimated dead tissue and brings the dead back to life...then everybody dies.

In either case the question applies: To be or not to be?

Beats me, except to say that they both took place in a castle. Hamlet has to do with jealousy, incest, unmarried pregnancy (why Ophelia kills herself), plots, deciept.

Frankenstein has to do with a man who ultimately is punished for defying convention and playing god in that he created new life from death. It has to with ignorance and fear. I'm not sure because I never read the book, but on the surface, I am hard-pressed to find parallels
