Warrior, not sure what it is that you hate but I think life would be better not hating much of anything. Professional help is not you sitting there saying how something makes you feel...its designed to get to the bottom of where the feelings is coming from and learning to feel differently. Give it a try, it might be the answer you are looking for to change your life.

Is going to a trusted friends an option? Otherwise find a quiet place and talk to yourself. Or read some self help books. Actually going to a professional is more than talking about how you feel. I just hope you are open to the idea.

You should write it down. Express you you feel. Thats what i did. At my school bullying was a problem. These certain people made me mad but i never let it break the surface. But after some time it gets out and I just go from nice to enraged over some crazy thing like a suprise. But now i just write these feelings into my story to give it some feeling and I just feel normal, no more sadness, anger, love, or anything that usually distracts me.

You have already made the first step in seeking help by telling others about your emotions and asking them what to do. I hope you get many replies that will help benefit you. Keep communication open and talk about it with whomever you can. Whatever makes you feel better.

Sometimes I have found that for me it helps to get out and try to help someone less fortunate than I am. When I see some of the burdens of other people, sometimes, not always, it helps me put my own in perspective and be able to rise above the feelings they create.

Kindness is the extreme opposite of the place you are in so for some balance be kind, patient with your emotion, and compassionate to another for the insight they may lack. The first reaction is to be angry and that is normal, just do not get nuts about it.

Get really drunk and think it out, sometimes the irrational thoughts brought on by intoxication can point you in the right direction the next day.

Some people are just more prone to hate, though.

Talk to someone, God if you believe in him, maybe even if you dont. But friends or parents, if you dont.
