Watch something funny before falling asleep. Do NOT watch scary movies. Drink warm milk to calm yourself before bed. Or take drowsy medication like bennadryl if you are really having trouble to sleep more soundly. Sweet Dreams!

I had this same problem a few years ago. It was right after we moved into a new house. After about a year of bad dreams almost every night. My mom has this psychic friend and she told me that there were devil worshipers doing things in my bedroom before we moved there. After I found that out I sort of just dealt with it until we moved. I don't have as many nightmares anymore but anything will trigger it. Especially scary movies. Also a lot of the time our dreams are manifestations of fears we have. Write them down and try to find the meanings. Dreammoods.com is an excellent website for dreams. Sorry I'm not much help but I feel your pain. Good luck!

How are you thinking before you go to bed? Have happy thoughts before you drift off to sleep. Right before you go to sleep, ask God or what your religion may be, that you want to have good dreams. State what you want and you will get that. Or write on a piece of paper that when you dream let it be good dreams only. This will work. Stay focused!

I used to have a lot of bad dreams especially when i watch certain movies. What helped me was Rose Oil... i put a Liltle bit of the extract in water and i put it next to my bed. (It's not for drink). The thing is that the Rose Oil helps you relax and..every time that i use it I sleep very good without any bad dreams...It helped me..maybe it could help you too.

Figure out why you are having these bad dreams, or work out what the dreams mean, and try to take as much stress and worryout of your life as possible.

Try to understand the fears and the events in your dream. You may have a lot of powerful negative feelings that require understanding and that's why you dream nightmares.
If you want a good dream try to "incubate" it. learn more about it at http://spirita.blogspot.com/

When I was a kid I used to repeat "no bad dreams, no bad dreams" when I was having a run of bad ones, until i fell asleep, it seemed to work.
hope you have good dreams tonight.
