If you go by weeks he is 20 weeks/5 months,if you go by the 18th he is 4 and half???Just curious how everybody else calculates that.Thanks

My daughter was born the same day. I consider her 4 1/2 months she wouldn't be 5 months until Jan. 18th.

I dont know why some people think that 4 wks makes a month. If it did than there would be 13 months in a year. A month is Jan 1 to Feb 1 and so on and so on. Your son would be 20 wks or 4.5 months. He is at the age you start going by months when people ask who old he is. Good Luck hun.

4 1/2, he will be 5 months on Jan 18. Most people go by weeks until a couple of months pass, then you switch to months. Easier that way.

4 and 1/2. Starting Sept. 18th would make it one month, and so on.

He will be 5 months old on the 18th of January :)

That's how my Dr. calcuates for immunizations.
