I am pretty sure the restaurant was the Ground Round and my younger sister says this too but all of our older family members tell us that we are wrong. This was the late 80's, somewhere in or around Chicago and the ice cream came in a mini major league baseball batting helmet. Can anyone remember if it was the Ground Round or not?
