Zoe Beth, but I would go with Zoe Elizabeth or Zoe Lizbeth because it flows nicer with a longer middle name since Zoe is a quick name. Elizabeth would also be great with Zoe, since Zoe is modern and Elizabeth is very traditional so there's is nice balance there.
Kady Spencyr: I shudder at both these names. The spelling of Kady looks pretty trashy and childish... or even appears more like a dog's name. Katie or Katy is much better. Even then, I would choose Kate and call her by Kady/Katie. At least give her the option to go by a stronger name. The name Spencer on a girl is hideous, sorry. I know unisex names are in right now, but this one should be left to the boys. Changing the spelling to Spencyr does not make it look feminine. It looks like the parent was trying too hard to turn a masculine name into a feminine one in an attempt to be 'original', but it just didn't work.

Anything but Kady Spencyr! Kady is a mispelling of the nickname Katie and Spencyr is a strange spelling of the classic male name Spencer. Not cute for a girl at all!!
Zoe is a favorite of mine, as is Beth, but I prefer Bethany. Zoe Beth or Zoe Bethany are both nice and both names have great meanings!

I prefer Kady spencyr, it sounds feminine but with a modern twist. Zoe Beth is lovely but beth makes it sound a little too old fashioned i think...

I love Zoe but don't care for Beth. There are so many possibilities for a middle name. Keep it unique but not to different like the second one. Your poor daughter will hate it as she grows.
