all the items but the game will not accept the final item which is a brush. Each time I click on to the brush the game does not accept it. I know this is the right item but cannot progress further with the game. Please help someone.

Sometimes what you think is the actual item is not. I got very frustrated in a similar game mysteryville. Keep trying!!!
