As for FM transmitters, I havent heard of any phones that have that capability. And I dont think you would want that since it would really kill the battery. Most smart phones have this capability of an MP3 player and an SD card slot though. I have a Treo 650, and as far as I know all Treos have SD card slots. I have a 1Gig card in mine and use the Real player it came with to listen to my MP3s. I know there other phones by Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and Cingular that accept the newer Mini SD cards as well as their big brother SD cards. You're going to have to check with whatever provider you decide to go with, and look at what phones they have available that have that feature on them.

fusic by lg has an fm tuner. and an mp3 player. don't know about sim card , but i know it has a memory card slot. and its a cool looking phone too.
