I think that u shouldn't say anything........let the couple work it out for themselves. You may tell the husband and he may stop being your friend because he thinks that you are calling his wife names. Let her be, the truth will eventually come out, without you losing friends or even your good name.

Not a damn thing. Its just words, and besides if it were true, itd be her problem and somewhere you dont need to venture. Like you said she was drunk, so if something happened, it would constitute rape as she wasnt in control of her abilities and it was probably the alcohol talking. So ignore it and keep the friendship and dont mention a word to her hubby. She could have also been trying to set you guys up too. Once she sobers up, she probably wont remember a thing, so forget and move on. Good luck

Nothing. Stay out of it. If she is a serial cheater I'm sure there are signs that he is ignoring. If you get in the middle of it chances are they will stay together and you will lose 2 friends.

As hard as that one is I would say keep it to yourself. That is HER responsibility to tell him, not yours. Plus, you don't know if she was telling the truth depending on how drunk she was. It might ruin your friendship with both of them if you get involved. The only thing you can do is confront her and tell her that she NEEDS to tell her husband or you might do it for her!
