Denver and NYG arent even in the same conference so scrapping the divisions wouldnt matter. If you want to go just straight by record, why hold the playoffs at all? Why not just have Chicago and SD play the Super Bowl right now?

You mean "conferences," not divisions. And that's a very hard argument to make. The Broncos were only one game better than the Giants.
And no, getting rid of conferences would not help. All scheduling is done based on the conferences and divisions; by getting rid of divisions, teams would lose rivalries and fans would lose interest.

Yes, they should get rid of both divisions and conferences. People who say it will ruin rivalries are morons and should be sent to Siberia. The best records should go to the playoffs and they should use brackets with #1 and 2 best records on each side of the brackets.

I wasn't gonna worry gazing the game today because it did not count number in the journey that they received or lost, the point change into: they weren't going to the playoffs! yet we were down many years & its been the first time in 8 years that the raiders were this on the point of going to the playoffs. So if we bypass down, a minimum of we placed up a troublesome wrestle!!! it truly is a superb commence for next year & reminding those that the raiders ain't lifeless. as a aspect note, it change into actual HILARIOUS that the chargers lost to the bengals very last week. The were humiliated!!!!! so in the journey that they were taking position, it change into with humiliation. smells so sweet!!! i understand i favor to end writing, yet i could not end guffawing even as the commentator suggested that the quarterback of the kansas city chiefs change into gonna see the raiders in his sleep considering he change into chased all around the field! hahahahaha! oh my god that change into humorous!!! lol!! seven sacks!!! i recommend extremely!!!! bypass troublesome or bypass abode. Most of the time the structures of the divisions don't affect teams in terms of good teams not getting in. It's not necessary.

look at how the NFC east is strucutured. all of them hate each other and each will play each other 2 times a year, thats makes football much more exciting. if taking away conferences (which is what you are refering to) or divisions it will take away from football

No. The best teams get in. If you can't beat the teams in your division, you are not the best.

no it makes for better rivalries. but it wouldn't suck if they gave out the four wild cards to the better teams, regardless of conference.
