Went to the Natural History Museum and the animatronics exhibition. The label for velociraptor said it had 3-D vision whilst with the others it said nothing like it. Did other dinosaurs see in 3-D vision too?

this is also true with animals that have eyes on the sides of their heads, rather than in front. this allows for depth in their vision (the third dimension) because both eyes can focus on an object at the same time, rather than rotating the head to focus with separate eyes.

I think you mean, Did other dinosaurs have Binocular Vision. (All had 3D Vision).

In order for a creature to have Binocular vision its eyes must both be on the front (or front facing), rather than on the side.

Predators generally have binocular vision allowing then to judge the distance and speed of prey more accurately, in contrast must prey animals have the eyes on the sides of the head which allows them to see a wider area at once and detect predators easier.

The Woodcock (a bird) can see almost completely around itself without moving its head, Humans with their binocular vision can only see about about 100 degrees

So to answer your question Predatory or Aboreal Dinosaurs had 3D / Binocular vision. Prey Dinosaurs did not.

Paleontologists believe that most dinosaurs were not capable of seeing in 3-D. That is because their eyes are on the sides of their heads just like a pigeon. The exceptions were probably the predatory dinosaurs: T. Rex, Deinonychus and the dromeosaurs. Their eyes were closer to the center of their heads. They could look straight ahead. I couldn't find where it said which ones did see in 3D.
