Go to Microsoft.com and download Windows Service Pack 2, then you can download the latest version of IE (which you can also download from Microsoft.com)

70 mb simply by fact the cache are utilising that. yet 70-eighty% of cpu, its ordinary. clean your cache & temp folder with ccleaner. use firefox.i explorer isn't stable simply by fact of its over scripting.
