The picture is too small so i could not possibly comment.
He looks like he could be of a variety of ethnic origins, Indian, Pakistani, Turkish, Brazilian but I'm gonna go with Indian. Hope I'm not saying anything offensive in my guess, although you did ask. And yes he is very cute!!

Edit - He is cute. He looks maybe Native American crossed with White, or Mediterranean, possibly Greek or Persian?
