Okay, So I have been on birth control for about a year and a half and i have always gotten my period on the same day until about 2 months ago. 2 months ago I had gotten it a week early, and it was extremely light but i had my period for 2 weeks. The next month, I got my period a day late, but it wasn't normal at all. Extremely light, almost like spotting. I took 2 pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. Is there a chance for me to be pregnant or not.I haven't gotten my period yet, but I am suppose to either tomorrow or the next day. Should I take another test or should I just wait it out?

It is always hard to tell if you're pregnant or not and sometimes this may be unexpected.
Just know that if the condom broke or if you did not take the pills for a while (doubt it) than you have a higher risk. Though if you didn't take it one day- it's not going to stop everything and let the sperm through- it was already getting into the changes- though they are not permanent.

I would take one just in case- 5 days before your usual period. If it still does not come after that 5 days- than wait another 5 days and make sure again.

Sorry about the cost of the tests =]
But if you want to be sure- please take the pregnancy tests.

If you're still frightened about it- please contact an OB/GYN.

But I do understand what you are saying.

in case you're taking birth control properly, and use a condom each and each and every time you've sex, then the possibilities of having pregnant are very very very low. The condom might want to pop, regardless of the indisputable fact that the birth control might want to give up it. so that you've were given type of a 2-degree protection device. see you later as you do not get lazy and pass birth control pills, or have unprotected sex, then you truly should be ok.

very unlikely that you are pregnant, especially if you take the pill faithfully. That alone is 99% effective. they only leave the 1% out so that they can't be sued. If you take the pill every day near the same time, is almost impossible to become pregnant.

doubt it. if you are using the pill AND condoms, its nearly impossible. unless the condom broke and you didn't take the pills correctly.
