She has a move that will teach your Venasaur/Charizard/Blastoise a move simalar to hyper beam. the moves are
1.Frenzy Plant (Grass)
2.Blast Burn (Fire)
3. Hydro Cannon (Water)
The move she gives you depends on your pokemon's type.Note that you can only use a starter

Are you talking about the one who says something about a special power or something like that? Bring her one of the 3 starter Pokemon, (Charazard, Venasouar, Blastoise) and she will teach them a really cool move.

She allows one of the starters fully evolved forms learn their elemental "Hyper Beam" move, so long as the Pokemon likes you enough.
Also, you can bring her each of the starters, even if it is traded over, but she can only teach each elemental move once.

If you bring her one of your starter Pokemon (fully evolved I think) she will teach it a special move.
