We have the 500 minute plan.
So far we have used 638 peak minutes (303 on the weekend however)
When you call #BAL what exactly are they telling you? If it says $0.00 does that mean that you have not gone over your minutes?
Do they tell you if you have gone over your minutes?

the balance is how much you owe them not your minutes..if you want to check your minutes ...the button above ok should have a picture of a newspaper...jus press that and when the menu comes up click1 ...then click usage

ok how it works is that you have really only used 335 of your 500 minutes. the weekend ones (the 303) do not take away from your 500. The reason it doesnt show a balance is that it is probably before your billing cycle and you do not have a bill due. once you get the bill in the mail or that it is sooner to the end of your billing cycle it will show a balance. you have no balance since your bill isnt due.
to check how many minutes you have used dial #min and then look at the peak minutes. this is how many you have used out of the 500.

all family plan works the same, you will see it on your monthly bill. I suggest you log in to the web site to check the minutes. Sometimes, they won't show if the billing cycle is around the time you check the minutes, that applis to #bal as well
