I love that name and I don't know many people with that name so I would assume it is fairly uncommon.

Adrianna is more common today than it was 20 years ago. It has been gaining in popularity for baby names in recent years, because it is very lovely. But, I would definately consider it to be more uncommon. It is not unusual, and doesn't sound strange at all, but it's not used enough to be common. For 2005, Adrianna ranked #196 for babies born in the US. This means it is pretty uncommon. Your daughter will likely be the only Adianna in her class.

Nope, but Ariane is similair and less common. I know a number of Adrianna's and Adriane's where I live in Quebec, and must have had 6 or 7 in my same grade in school in Newfoundland.
I'm an Andrea and there were only 3 of us, and Andrea is pretty darn common.

I would say it's fairly common. While not in common use as a name you'll hear in a high school, it was 196 on the top 1000 in 2005. It's an up and coming name that I'm sure will be more common in the future.

well, I taught preschool for a long time and never once had an Adrianna in my class, so yes I would consider it uncommon.
