if you're in an business putting.. results of glucose on the Snf a million Kinase complicated in yeast cells. ascertain u use LKB a million stress of the yeast and if achievable the Snf a million knock out stress. This project might want to be linked to alcoholism, weight problems and the idea of comments mechanism. wish it enables. also yet another achievable topic the end results of guy-made basic on global warming. Take a bottle, hide it black, placed some water and Alka seltzer in it to create CO2 .. hide the bottle with a rober cork, immerse a therommeter contained in the bottle by the cork and record temperature well timed. even as doing the presentation you'll say that the bottle change into representing earth. BTW keep this bottle in the front of two diverse basic sources. a million an incandascent basic source and the different in the front of a flourescent basic source... enable me understand what you be conscious and it truly is extremely significant so that you may make a end.. To make a higher leap .. you may communicate about what number lighting fixtures/street lighting fixtures are on daily/evening which make contributions to global warming.. in the journey that they do contained in the first position..

Well, Here's what I did. I had 4 sodas: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coke, and Diet Coke. I dropped 6 mentos into each one. The reaction of all sodas is that after you drop 6 mentos in then a whole bunch of the soda bursts out of the top. I recorded the amount of time it took until the soda stopped bursting out of the bottle for each soda, I measured each soda after I attempted to do this and then I found out what kind of soda burst highest(Regular or Diet), Which one burst the highest(Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coke, Or Diet Coke), and which one bursted the highest in the shortest amount of time. Then I wrote all of it down onto a piece of paper. It's an extremely fun and easy project! It took me less then an hour to do, and about 2 days to complete.

E-Mail me at the following e-mail address: whitendblue@yahoo.com if you want to see pictures of the project and the sodas.

Good Luck,
Phil

P.S I got in 2nd place on this project!

I got a first place years ago for one of my projects.

"Which Battery actually lasts the longest?"

I set up a board, made connectors to put the batteries in, connected them to small lights, turned it on and kept a record as to when the lights would go out. The last light left on wins!

Good Luck!

maybe u should do an original by making a volcanoe or if u're really smart maybe u can make a robot.u can demonstrate how fashion is important to our society and how it defines someone by how they are. maybe demonstrate ur fave hobby in a scientific way, like how gravity pulls u back down when u're jump roping and how the force from ur legs pushes u back up.

You could do Rube Goldberg. Or also do a specific problem-resolution, such as what does acid rain do. You could compare cell-phone frequencies out in the middle of nowhere. Lastly, you could prove that their are aliens living in outer space. That would blow them away.

how about bottled water.. what brand is actually more health for you. (ie bacteria wise or chemical wise)
you can always have that compared to distilled water.. and tap water.. and water from a well..

you can always take the samples down to an environemental lab.. they can tell you about the techniques and all the science that goes behind it :)

Hmm... Volcano... no... To predictable... How about the effect of music on animals... Just study and show people how like a dog reacts to different kinds of music...
