It's probably a raccoon or a skunk. All kinds of animals would enjoy the relative warmth and shelter from the rain that your house provides.

If you want to get rid of them, you need to start by finding the hole that it's using to get in and out. Then you'll need to start monitoring it. Sprinkle flour around the entrance, and you'll be able to see the pattern of them walking in and out...from your description, I'd guess that they'll be inside at night time, and outside during the day. Wait for a time when you know they're all out, and cover up the hole they've been using.

many times a crawl area is in simple terms that, barely sufficient for a rake to get in there and pull out what's in there. First do away with the lattice and then get that rake in there and pull (be waiting to run if this is a skunk and is alive). If this is not making noise then this is probable ineffective. many times bleach kills scent and so does dishwasher answer like exhilaration (exhilaration does not asphixiate you)...under no circumstances use the two. the two kill bugs and germs. yet first you will desire to understand what's in there. Use plastic bags and gloves. If this is in simple terms mildew then the bleach will kill mildew. would desire to or not this is that your AC is producing mildew scent? would desire to or not this is which you have not replaced your AC clear out in a at the same time as or wiped clean out the pipe to the homestead? would desire to there be a drainage pipe leak. you realize what? i think of perhaps it would desire to be a stable theory to call the county or city (whoever has the drain pipes that bypass from the backyard to the line) and ask them to come again out for unfastened and verify your backyard for leaks. I stay in a 2d floor house the place this is eighty 5-ninety tiers all summer in right here. I run 3-4 followers and it keeps stream going. So I recommend you employ the followers. Mine is an performance house so you might maintain you cool you will desire to would desire to dam off some rooms and stay the place this is cooler. ascertain regardless of the incontrovertible fact that at times air flows during the homestead so no mildew starts.

That's probably just Cousin Jethro. He's kind of creepy looking, what with the claws, and the bug-eyes and the complete lack of skin pigmentation, but after a while you get used to him.

Just don't leave any sheep in the yard overnight. It makes him... um... let's just say 'excited'.

And whatever you do, don't ever, ever play "Freebird" anywhere he can hear. He loves that song, and he'll get frisky with anything (or anyone) he can find if he hears it.

Either that, or it's just mice (maybe rats) that have the sound of their claws amplified by the tub material. Could be a possum or raccoon too, depending on how much room you have under your tub.

it is a possum.. get a cage and trap it then call the county to come pick it up. is this a mobile home they like to live within the insulation to keep cool/ and warm. Its scary I know.. cover any openings that lead under house once caught! Last thing you need is a trapped dead animal.. and they are sooooo gross.. good luck!
