...at the kicking position? For the last two years, they've had nothing but miserable failure with their kicking unit in clutch situations. No other team in the league has been as consistently bad at this facet of the game. Is it just bad luck? Bad coaching? Or something more evil....?

Sometimes things just happen. They were a year away anyway. Think of this as the 1991 team that did win a playoff game, but got shellacked by the Lions in the Divisional Game. Capable of beating anyone but just as capable of losing to anyone.
