It's a proven fact. They work. Supermarkets use subliminal messaging all the time. So do a lot of your other stores. Commercials use them too. Movies that we watch use this type of message.

The last I read said no. They do not work, so it's better to study in a straight forward fashion. Some people learn by listening,some by visual material, and others by hands on. Do at least 2 different approaches. Good luck on your exam.

study as much you can, they the messages flashes would something that make you feel better about your self, but really they don't help you with knowledge you need for test.
