For example: Can a person who is a Doctor there start a practice here ?? If NOT .....
1) what kind of work will that person be able to do or get here?
2) Is there any test that they can take to be a doctor here too?
3) What credentials are acceptable here in the USA from Ukraine?
4) Does the USA accept University degrees from Ukraine?
5) Will someone have to attend college here to get a degree?
6) What if someone is a Dentist -- will they be a dentist here?
7) Who or what agency controls what is accepted and not accepted?
8) What kinds of jobs are transferrable from Ukraine to USA?

I would like this addressed by a professional or someone who actually knows. Thank you.

No, A person Trained in Ukraine Medicine will not be able to practice in the United States without going back to school and sit for the American Boards.

1) Depending where you are, you might be able to teach at a community college or a University. If Not You might be stuck being a cabbie or other minimum wage person. Try To find a job here first before you come. This will make it easier for you to get a green card and work here in the United States. Also look at Traveling Doctors that use their foriegn credintials an let you work at hospitials here. Some Universities might if they have an agreement with a Ukraine university might make it easier for you to transfer credits. Yes you might have to take some Classes to get an american Degree. Most Likely you cannot start out eing a dentist. lots of Jobs are transferrable to the Ukraine to the US. My suggestion talk to the US State Department and Look for Jobs online here in the United States and see if they have doctor exchange programs.
