If he leaves at the end of the season if Chelsea lost the Premiership title at the end of the season, then I do not think too much highly on him. He should continue to stay and fight and not leaving after losing. He is able to win the Premiership because he was given huge budget for new players. I would like to see how he perform when his budget is controlled or limited. Then we will know whether he is indeed the "Special One".

But I think its Rubbish. Firstly Mourinho has turned Chelsea into a very good team and second, who do you get to replace him? How many top notch managers are out there?
