Is there a store or somthing where I can get more Fight weapons and guns? And if yes, where?

try driving around and finding a gun shop....they have way better weapons like sniper guns, uzi's and as well as a bazooka.... and as for fighting weapons you should look in the dojo's, here you can teach marcus to weild 2 fighting weapons at once and other skills like for the katana swords....
