Maybe your parents could give you a loan? Offer to pay it back with interest by doing chores, with birthday money, etc. Or if you have any clothes or other items that a resale shop might want, you could try that? Maybe have a small yard sale this weekend and offer to do the work and split the money with your mom or dad if they offer any items to sale?

cell some of your computer games you don't play no more or comics or other things (ask moms first if it's ok)
ask mom/dad for it and sign a contract with them saying you will take out the trash or do dishes or something like that for several weeks or days
