how can i find out how much my house trailer is worth?

i have a 98 buckaneer 16x80 one owner in excellent shape trying to sell. need help soon as money goes to cover moms funeral and medical expenses.

Easiest way is to get an appraisal. Just open the phone book or go to appraisers.com and put in your address and a list will pop up of all the appraisers in the area. You can also try zillow.com for a value estimate.
