There are alway going to be people out there that are going to be so ulgy that you can stand to look at them. But you going to have to find a way to deal with it. or you should talk to you friend about there personal apparance and that they should take better care of themselfs. And what ever you do don't use the word ulgy or anything that worse then that because that well make them feel really shitty

Give him some personal pointers on how to look better, if you can do it without hurting his feelings. Otherwise, quit worrying about what your friend looks like. He's your friend, not your date. Besides, maybe he thinks you're pretty ugly too.

what if someone said that about you? that's just RUDE! people cannot help the way they were born, I would stop being such a shallow person if I were you and maybe you'll be able to have a normal conversation with your friend, instead of focusing on his looks. who cares!!! i wouldn't want to have a "best friend" like you!

He is the best kind of best friend to have because no matter where you go in public together, people will always see you as the hotter one and you'll end up getting more attention. It should be quite flattering once you get used to it.

If he is your friend you should try to help him out. I know you can't make his physical features better, but maybe there is something you could change about his appearance.
