I purchased a Nintendo Wii from Jaktronix in Indonesia. Prior to wiring the money, they ensured me thru numerous emails that they are ligit and will send me my product. I wired the money on Dec 26 and have heard nothing from them since. I think I got hosed. I want to take legal action. I saved all my correspondence from them.

Depends on what country and how long it has been since you wired the money. Also, what were you promised?

Try contacting the FTC, federal Trade Commision and see what they have to say.

Don't tell me you fell for one of those scams that promise you loads of money if you just send them money for expenses. Well if so they are a off shore company for a reason. U.S. laws do not apply. Sorry. Hopefully you can do something but I highly doubt it.
