i have lost my Installation CD for the webcam but there is someway to install it without the cd so if anyknows, it would really help me out! i have tried manully too and still can't get it to work.

I had a analog to digital video converter device and this site had my driver.
My guess is that several programs can run your camera- but the driver is needed.
P.S. YES- please go to IBM First- but they do not offer your driver there, THEN go to the site above

Look up the model on IBM's website to find the driver!! Install the driver then plug in your camera, then Windows should recognize it.
