I found it at a thrift store and I am wondering if its real. it's black, and its slightly smaller then a loaf of bread. the straps are kind of like belts, with the metal parts on them. there is a chanel logo on the front, and it has the R symbol on it. the zipper also has the chanel logo.

Is there a chanel label on the inside? If not it's totally fake, but a label doesn't always make it real. I'd have to see it to tell you for sure. Sorry!

The authentic bags come with plastic cards inside them with the bags' serial numbers on them - they look like black credit cards with the Chanel brand and logo.

I wouldn't worry about the authenticity too much - what matters is that you like the bag and are happy with it - enjoy it!

just checking the label doesn't work.. lots of fake bags in hong kong and made exactly the same as the real ones or new styles taht the brand never made. go online check if channel did make one like that. or either just bring it to a channel store and ask them about it.
