Its just plain rude, and the person can always sit next to you and that other person can sit with someone else or as far away as possible, but its rude, and childish. Remember they are there for the event, not to solicalize with each other.

Yes and no. If she is starting crap with you then you shouldn't sit at the group but explain why to your friend first. If she isn't doing anything to you then don't worry about it. Just sit with your friend like normal. You don't have to talk to that girl you don't like.

No it's not wrong, that way they will not be tempted to fight loudly or beat someone up. It's very understandable, but I can understand why you would feel hurt if they didn't sit with you.
