FACE- THEM..... I've lived in fear most of my 46 years and the only way I have been able to do anything is to call myself an idiot and basically dare myself to do it. Deal with it head on.EG: if it was bungy jumping then make yourself do it n u will overcome that fear.Good luck n hope u overcome whatever it is cuz it's a good feeling.

I agree with Mom, face them. If you run from them, they will chase you, if you stand up to them, they will be overcome.

face your fears head on. also if you keep telling yourself it doesnt bother you then it wont bother you.
