"Now there is a

threat to the fulfilment of international contracts between Russian companies and companies in Western Europe and Eastern Europe,"
Is this something to do with why Alexander Litvinenko died?
Did he know something that we did not?

It's all just a big game. It's been there for years and now that our government has squandered our supply the Russians are taking advantage. We found oil in the 60’s and Harold Wilson’s government didn’t know what to do with it so they let the Americans come over and extract it for us and give us a little bit of the profit. Margaret Thatcher used that small revenue to finance the dole queues while she smashed the unions. Successive governments (namely Labour) had a chance to right things but chose not to.
Don't forget America is supposedly self sufficient in oil but is the greatest importer. I believe they're waiting for everyone else to run out so that they can charge exorbitant prices to everyone else. Isn't that the way the Americans do things. They're now extracting oil from all over the World (plundering 3rd World supplies...namely Nigeria which has reportedly just below Saudi Arabia's vast reserves) and paying a pittance so that the American motorist can have his gallon of petrol cheap and allow him to drive gas guzzling cars (keeping the President and his voters happy) while the rest of us are told to conserve energy...turn off unnecessary lights etc."

in case you've not be conscious it truly is Ukraine who has reduce off the provision of Russian gasoline to Europe. Ukraine has a huge owes Russia a huge sum of money for gasoline. And it doesn't pick to pay a actual fee for it. the overall public of eu international places pays about four hundred $ for gasoline, Ukraine needs to pay 2 hundred $. no longer even 250 $ because it become provided by way of Gazprom. Now the Ukrainian authorities is basically blackmailing Russia (and some thing of Europe, by way of how) with reduce off of gasoline grant by way of their u . s . and stealing gasoline to get a necessary fee. Gazprom higher gasoline grant to Europe with 20 % because the a million of January, bit it doesn't seem to help because of Ukrainian tricks.

Could well be. It gets rather confusing for me, I don't fully understand all the shenanigans that go on, but I wouldn't put anything passed anyone in power or authority these days. The whole world seems corrupt through and through. Everything seems to be judged on how much money it can generate. Money is not everything, or the only thing... there are more important things in life. Someone tell the authorities, please.
