My wife enjoys when I go d*wn on her, and to be honest, I love doing it for her. However recently she has been asking, or shall i say begging for me to go d*wn on he after we have finished making love. In other words, after I have made a deposit. I am not sure why, all she will say is that is something she really wants. What should I do?

Sounds like she is not getting done during sex. Try pleasing her first before you have sex. That might curb her appetite. If you are not comfortable doing it because you "made a deposit", simply tell her that you are kinda grossed out and you would do it after she cleans up a little in the bathroom.

Dude use a condom so you don't make you're deposit in her , and so you can do what she asked , ain't it simple? or like someone allready answered do it in the shower, but the ideea with the condom is much better and I don't think you will hurt her feelings in any way , be careful what you do and what you say because women are very sensitive in every way possible.

Try going down on her before you make love. I prefer it when my hubby does things in that order. Since foreplay and all that is good for getting into the mood before the actual event.
