If so do you know how to get a permit to get into Bowerstone North? Everytime I try to go up there the guard says "you need a permit" or "you can't come up here uninvited" so how do you get in there? do you have to beat twinblade? or do you have to buy the permit? anyone help? please?

If its the same part i am thinking about then you can buy the pass off of a shady looking dude (down the steps to the right) or kill him and take it (if your going the evil approch) or you can win a pass by playing the game under tent with the guys in the top hat (its a name the missing object game)
